Duty Manager – Leisure Centre Operations Lead

Newport Swimming and Fitness Centre, operated by Telford and Wrekin Council, seeks a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and staff during shifts. You will ensure safe, customer-focused service and manage health and safety compliance.

The role requires leadership, reliable teamwork, and the ability to work a rota that includes evenings and weekends. NPLQ and Level 2 Fitness or commitment to obtain are desirable.
