Stroke Rehab OT — Early Discharge Specialist

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Stroke Early Supported Discharge Team in South East Essex. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess and deliver stroke rehabilitation in patients’ homes and community settings, managing a caseload and coordinating safe discharges.
