Senior Care Lead: Dignity-Driven Dementia & Nursing Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a care team in providing personalised dementia, nursing, and residential support. You will help residents maintain independence, assist with daily activities and work with the Registered Nurse to ensure quality care.

You will also be responsible for accurate record keeping, time management and building strong relationships with colleagues and residents alike.
