Community Rehab Assistant – Home Care & Rehab

HCRG Care Group in Surrey Heath, Camberley, is seeking a Community Rehab Assistant to support senior staff in delivering rehabilitation and care at patients’ homes. You will follow personalised care plans and contribute to high-quality services within our Intermediate Care Team.

This full-time role covers 37.5 hours weekly with early/late shifts. Salary ranges £25,500–£27,098 per year, plus pension, wellbeing support, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
