Dudley MBC is seeking an Adult Social Care Lead – Prevention, Wellbeing and Community Connection at The Council House, Dudley. This senior role shapes strategic direction to enable independent living and reduce long-term care reliance, within a modern, sustainable Adult Social Care system.

You will lead transformation, champion strengths-based practice and drive collaboration across health, voluntary and community sectors to improve wellbeing and resilience for residents.
