Offshore Well Test Operator: Safety, Skills & Mentorship

Expro is seeking an experienced Offshore Operator to join the Well Test team based in Aberdeen. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of well test operations, closely coordinating with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure all activities meet the highest technical, safety, and quality standards.

The role involves completing equipment checks, planning, and reporting, while supporting onshore bases as needed and mentoring junior team members.
