Customer Service & Membership Support Associate

Chelmsford Star Co-operative Society is seeking friendly, customer-focused staff to support daily store operations in Birmingham. You’ll cover checkouts, shop floor tasks, housekeeping, date code checks, and basic administration, with occasional in-store bakery duties.

No prior experience is required; a warm, engaging personality and willingness to learn are valued. Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, are available to fit community needs.
