Brand Ambassador & Store Operations Lead

Loeffler Randall is seeking a Keyholder to embody a guest-focused mindset and foster lasting relationships with customers. You will act as a brand ambassador, guiding store operations, mentoring staff, and creating engaging experiences that reflect LR values and aesthetics.

In this role you will open/close the store, manage cash handling, greet customers, share product knowledge, and support sales goals while maintaining high standards of organization and presentation.
