The Role

n

The Senior Product Design Manager – Europe is responsible for the ideation, sourcing, costing and development of products across Contiki's core European market, with a primary focus on the coach product portfolio.

n

n

You'll work closely with contracting, operations and commercial teams to develop compelling itineraries, identify growth opportunities and ensure products remain commercially successful while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

n

    n

  • Identify and develop product enhancement opportunities across Europe through market research, destination analysis and customer insights.
  • n

  • Conduct competitor analysis across key destinations.
  • n

  • Undertake destination research trips (recces).
  • n

  • Develop detailed product briefs, including sourcing, costing and contracting.
  • n

  • Build relationships with accommodation, transport and experience suppliers.
  • n

  • Work closely with procurement, operations and commercial teams.
  • n

  • Represent Contiki at supplier meetings and industry events.
  • n

  • Drive the launch of new products.
  • n

  • Monitor product quality and customer experience.
  • n

  • Maintain product information across websites, brochures and internal systems.
  • n

  • Support Marketing, Sales and Contact Centre teams with product knowledge.
  • n

  • Assist with wider Travel Experiences projects as required.
  • n

What We're Looking For

    n

  • Considerable experience within the tourism industry.
  • n

  • Experience developing travel products or itineraries.
  • n

  • Strong knowledge of Europe and the European tourism market.
  • n

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • n

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • n

  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • n

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • n

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • n

  • A collaborative, proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • n
