AVA Energy has partnered with a growing offshore renewable energy business that is looking for an experienced Head of Offshore Execution & Completions to join its Senior Leadership Team.

Head of Offshore Execution & Completions

Location: Lowestoft, UK

n

Working pattern: 4 days per week in office

n

Salary: Competitive salary+ car allowance, pension, private healthcare

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
• Lead offshore execution, completions management, and project handover activities

n

• Build and recruit offshore execution teams, developing offshore delivery capability

n

• Influence operational strategy and contribute to the wider business growth

n

n

n

Key Requirements:

n

n
• Proven track record delivering complex offshore execution campaigns safely and efficiently

n

• Experience as an Offshore Construction Manager, Hook-Up Manager, Offshore Installation Manager, Offshore Operations Manager, or Senior Offshore Delivery Manager

n

• Background within Offshore Wind, Offshore Energy, Marine Construction, Offshore Construction, or Major Infrastructure Projects

n
