Planning Compliance Officer – Enforce & Shape Growth

Manchester City Council is seeking a Planning Compliance Officer to investigate breaches of planning control and gather evidence for enforcement. You will work with Planning Officers and other council teams to ensure developments comply with approved plans, and help purse formal action where required.

You will read technical documents and legislation to support site surveys and present evidence as needed in proceedings.
