Contracts Manager – Construction, Bids & Risk

Watkin Jones Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the negotiation, delivery, and performance of construction contracts across refurbishment projects with a focus on risk mitigation and latent defects. National travel will be required.

You will negotiate, draft, and manage contracts, working with clients, project managers, and legal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to the required standards.
