Roaming Stock Condition Surveyor – Housing Assets

Thirteen Group is seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to verify asset data, conduct stock condition surveys, and support investment decisions across our housing stock. You will produce detailed technical reports, validate property information through site inspections, and contribute to Decent Homes and energy efficiency assessments as part of the five-year investment programme.
