Senior Family Help Leader: Safeguarding & Early Intervention

Dudley Council is seeking a Principal Service Lead – Family Help to join the Children & Young People Leadership Team. This pivotal role shapes and delivers high-quality early intervention, family support and safeguarding to help children thrive and prevent needs escalating into statutory care.

You will lead Family Help services, drive safeguarding and performance, and work with health, education, police and the voluntary sector to reduce demand on statutory services.
