Estimator – Pre-Construction Tender Strategy

Construction is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their pre-construction team and manage competitive tenders across sectors. You will oversee tender prep from enquiry through to submission and handover, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing.

The role focuses on tender strategy, cost planning, value engineering and using BIM/digital estimating tools to support accurate bids.
