Strategic Digital Transformation Director (Health)

West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust seeks an accomplished senior leader to deliver the Digital Strategy 2025–2030. You will own the delivery plan, align priorities with national NHS policy, and drive major digital programmes including EPR and New Hospital Programme governance.

The post holder will oversee strategy development, funding bids and national collaboration, working with senior clinical, operational and digital leaders to improve patient care and staff outcomes.
