General Manager | High-Volume QSR | Carlisle – Up to £15,000 P&L-based bonus

I’m currently recruiting for a General Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new, high-volume drive-thru restaurant in Carlisle.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QSR or Casual Dining operator to take ownership of a new site from day one, with significant sales potential and a strong focus on commercial performance.

The role:

• Brand-new drive-thru opening

n

• Competitive salary + up to £15k achievable annual bonus

n

• Bonus based on P&L performance

n

• Lead, develop and build a high-performing team

n

• Expected to be a high-volume operation

n

I’m looking for:

n

n
• Proven General Manager experience within QSR, Fast Casual or Casual Dining

n

• Strong P&L and commercial understanding

n

• Experience managing high-volume restaurants

n

• A hands-on leader who enjoys building teams and driving performance

n

• Someone excited by the challenge of a new opening

n
