I am on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Manager for a branded hotel in the Midlands. My client is looking for a born leader who can manage and support the teams in the restaurant, bar, and kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their hotel career.

About the position

• Responsible for managing all F&B outlets to the highest standards

n

• Report to the General Manager

n

• Manage the kitchen and BOH

n

• Oversee daily auditing of F&B standards

n

• Drive staff training to the highest level

n

• Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met

n

n

n

The successful candidate

n

n

n
• Will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a F&B Manager

n

• A strong understanding of operations

n

• A high level of customer service

n

• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile

n

• Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink

n

• High volume experience in hotels would be a benefit

n
