A specialty insurance firm is seeking a Risk Business Analyst to support a three-phase change programme, translating regulatory and functional requirements into practical data, technology, governance and behavioural outcomes.

The Role

• Work across all or part of a three-phase programme, bridging regulatory/functional requirements and delivery

n

• Translate requirements into data and technology solutions

n

• Shape governance frameworks to support the change

n

• Drive behavioural adoption of new ways of working across the business

n

• Act as a link between risk, regulatory stakeholders and delivery teams

n

n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
• Business analysis experience within insurance (specialty/Lloyd's market a plus)

n

• Strong grasp of regulatory and risk requirements

n

• Comfortable working across data, technology and governance workstreams

n

• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-phase change programmes
