I’m working with a high-growth, award-winning UK SaaS business that’s looking for a talented Graphic & Motion Designer to join its marketing team.
n

This is a brilliant opportunity for a designer who loves combining strong graphic design with motion, video and digital-first creative.
n

The Role
n
n
You’ll be a hands-on creative partner, bringing the brand to life across campaigns, social, web, email, paid media, presentations and video.
n
n
You’ll have a particular focus on motion design and video storytelling, creating engaging, platform-native content for channels including LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
n
n
You’ll also:
n
✨ Create standout static and motion-led creative across brand and campaigns
n
Lead motion design, video editing and animated content
n
Develop social-first and digital-first creative assets
n
Contribute to campaign concepts and creative direction
n
🤖 Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve creative workflows and production
n
🧩 Build templates and scalable design systems for wider teams
n
Design with performance, engagement and commercial impact in mind
n
🤝 Work closely with marketing and wider business stakeholders
n
Stay ahead of emerging trends across design, motion, video and AI
n
n
What They're Looking For
n
n
Someone with:
n
• Strong graphic design fundamentals across typography, layout, colour and composition
n
• Excellent motion design and video editing skills
n
• A strong understanding of digital and social-first creative
n
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
n
• A great eye for brand consistency and creative quality
n
• Confidence using AI tools within the creative process
n
• The ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
n
• A proactive, curious and commercially minded approach
n
• A portfolio that demonstrates both static and motion work
n
n
The Package
n
£42,000–£48,000 depending on experience
n
Horsham / Hybrid – 50% office-based
n
Core hours: 10am–3:30pm
n
