We are currently partnered with a top UK law firm and their London office – they are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis, working in their Housing Management & Property Litigation department.
n
n
This team is one of the largest in England & Wales – they act for over 100 Registered Providers and advise on all aspects of Housing Management and Property Litigation advice.
n
n
As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for:
n
– Drafting and preparing claim forms and various other legal documents
n
– Attending Court to assist Barristers and other Fee-Earners
n
– Preparing trial bundles
n
– Assisting Solicitors and other Fee-Earners in the day-to-day running of files
n
– Conducting legal research
n
– Assisting with enquires made by clients
n
– Occasionally undertaking site visits
n
n
+ much more.

n
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
n
– Have a completed law degree/GDL
n
– Have previous/existing experience in Housing Management or Property Litigation
n
– Ideally, have experience dealing with Landlords and/or Registered Providers
n
– Be able to attend the London office at least 3 days a week
n
