Bolton Associates are hiring for a Global Short-Tail Pricing Actuary to work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions, helping to shape and influence the development of a globally consistent Short-Tail pricing tool.

⚠️ This is NOT a model-building role.
n
You’ll be working at the heart of the business — defining requirements, influencing methodology and helping shape how pricing is delivered across the global Short-Tail portfolio.

Global senior stakeholder exposure

Shape a new global pricing approach

🤝 Work closely with underwriting & pricing leadership
n
Influence methodology, standards & tools
n
n
We’re looking for someone with:
n
✔️ GI actuarial experience, ideally with pricing exposure
n
✔️ Strong technical and commercial judgement
n
✔️ Excellent communication and influencing skills
n
✔️ A strong work ethic and proactive approach
n
n
Nearly/newly qualified actuaries or those who have chosen to stop the exams are also encouraged to apply.
