At DART Aerospace – F.P.T. Industries, we're looking for a Logistics Team Leader to drive operational excellence and ensure the smooth flow of materials that support the production of mission-critical aerospace products.

What you'll do

n

As Logistics Team Leader, you will:

n

n
• Lead and motivate a team of logistics and dispatch operators.

n

• Coordinate inbound, outbound, and internal material flows.

n

• Ensure inventory accuracy and ERP transactions are completed correctly.

n

• Support production by maintaining efficient line feeding and stock availability.

n

• Champion health & safety, quality, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

n

• Develop team capability through coaching and cross-training.

n

n

n

What we're looking for

n

We're seeking someone who has:

n

n
• Previous experience leading a logistics or warehouse team in manufacturing (aerospace experience is an advantage).

n

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and ERP/MRP systems (SAP or similar).

n

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

n

• Good Microsoft Excel skills.

n

• A Full UK Driving Licence.

n

• A Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain one).

n
