Salary: Up to £95,000 + bonus

We are working with a well-established property and construction consultancy looking to appoint a Regional Director of Project Management to lead and grow its Project Management offering across Manchester and Leeds.

n

n

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Project Management professional who combines strong technical delivery with commercial awareness, client development and team leadership.

n

n

The Role

n

You will take a leading role in the continued growth and development of the Project Management service line across the North.

n

Working alongside the wider senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing existing client relationships, generating new opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the regional PM team.

n

n

The role will include:

n

n
• Leading and growing the Project Management offering across Manchester and Leeds

n

• Developing relationships with existing and prospective clients

n

• Generating new work and contributing towards fee-income targets

n

• Leading the delivery of high-quality Project Management services

n

• Developing and implementing regional business plans

n

• Identifying new commercial opportunities across the market

n

• Supporting business development, marketing and networking activity

n

• Leading, mentoring and developing members of the Project Management team

n

• Driving improvements in processes, quality and best practice

n

• Working collaboratively with other service lines and senior leaders across the business

n

n

n

The successful candidate will remain involved in project delivery while taking significant responsibility for the commercial growth and strategic direction of the regional PM offering.

About You

n

We are looking for an established Project Management professional with a strong reputation and network across the North of England.

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification

n

• MRICS qualification

n

• Significant experience within a property or construction consultancy environment

n

• Strong knowledge of the Manchester and/or Leeds property markets

n

• An established network of clients and industry contacts

n

• A demonstrable track record of winning work and developing client relationships

n

• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of fee generation

n

• Experience leading and developing Project Management teams

n

• Excellent client-facing, communication and relationship-management skills

n

• The ability to combine hands-on project delivery with leadership and business development

n

n

n

Experience across commercial property sectors such as industrial, offices, Build to Rent and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation would be particularly relevant.

n
