Mental Health Support Worker – Crisis De-escalation & Care

Cera in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to assist people with mental health conditions and a history of substance misuse. Training will be provided; the role may include personal care. You will need to communicate effectively and support individuals in crisis.
