Line Leader – FMCG Production, Lean & Safety

Greencore Group in Northampton is seeking a motivated Team Leader to oversee production at our fast-moving FMCG facility. You will promote a strong Health, Safety and Environmental culture, monitor processes for compliance, coach the team, and drive continuous improvement to meet daily production targets.

This permanent, full-time role offers a Friday–Tuesday 06:00–14:30 shift and a competitive salary with pension and benefits.
