Planned Works Scheduler – Social Housing Projects

Wates Property Services in Warwickshire is seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our Planned Works team. You will help plan, schedule and coordinate works across multiple projects, ensuring residents receive an excellent service throughout delivery.

You’ll work with Site Managers, Supervisors and operatives, using diaries and scheduling systems to manage labour, materials and timelines. Experience in social housing or property services is highly valued.
