Casual Youth Worker & Mentoring Lead

YMCA Bournemouth is seeking a Sessional Youth Worker to plan and deliver youth and children’s programmes for ages 5–17 in Bournemouth. You will create a fun, supportive environment, maintain relationships with young people, and refer issues to appropriate services when needed.

The role includes safeguarding duties, administrative tasks, and contributing to reports. A Level 3 youth/work qualification and safeguarding training are required, with DBS checks and a commitment to welfare and safety.
