Night-Shift Children’s Residential Care Worker

Paragon Social Care is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our childcare team in Crook, County Durham. You will support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, maintaining a safe and nurturing home environment during night shifts.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, following care plans, safeguarding procedures and regulatory standards to ensure outstanding care and positive outcomes for each young person.
