Compassionate One-to-One Home Care Worker

Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to assist a 20-year-old with complex care needs at her home in Haverfordwest. You will provide person-centred care, help with daily routines and promote independence in a calm, supportive setting.

The role is based in a private family home with established routines. Shifts include day and night 12-hour blocks; 24–36 hour contracts are possible after probation. A £100 welcome bonus is offered after 3 months.
