Compassionate One-to-One Home Care Assistant

Active Care Group is hiring a compassionate Female Support Worker to assist a 20-year-old with complex care needs at her private home in Haverfordwest. You will provide person-centred care, support daily routines and promote independence in a calm, respectful setting.

The role offers 12-hour day or night shifts, probationary period and contracts of 24–36 hours thereafter, with numerous benefits including a £100 welcome bonus after 3 months, paid DBS, and ongoing training.
