Regional Major Loss Field Lead – Claims Ops & Mentorship

Aviva’s Regional Major Loss team in the UK is seeking a Regional Major Loss Manager to lead a field-based team of Major Loss Adjusters. You’ll drive quality, cost control, and customer service on complex domestic property claims from £50k to £250k, coaching and developing your people across the region.

You’ll partner with Claims colleagues to improve processes, share insight, and shape future ways of working, while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.
