Roads Maintenance Specialist

East Dunbartonshire Council is seeking a Roads Operative to join the Roads Network team. You will carry out practical routine road maintenance repairs and emergency works, laying bituminous and non-bituminous materials, and resting ironwork and street apparatus to line and level.

You will follow the squad leader’s instructions, comply with health and safety policies, and may drive council vehicles and operate a range of plant and tools. A basic Cat B licence is essential.
