Parts Warehouse Operative

Our client, a reputable and expanding organisation in the automotive industry, is seeking a dedicated Parts Warehouse Operative to join their team in Wetherby. Duties of a Parts Warehouse Operative:

• Manage inventory levels efficiently, ensuring accurate stock control
• Assist with parts in and parts out activities, including warehousing and dispatch
• Collaborate with the sales team and workshop to provide excellent customer service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends as a Parts Warehouse OperativeF
• Support other areas of the business as required, demonstrating flexibility and a team-focused attitude
• Ensure safe manual handling, including lifting items up to 30kg
• Work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Utilise inventory management systems to track stock movement and updates

Requirements of a Parts Warehouse Operative:

• Proven experience in an automotive parts advisory or warehouse role
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Warehouse experience is advantageous to be a Parts Warehouse Operative
• Ability to lift safely and sustain extended periods of physical activity
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is desired
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile for the team
