Casual Coroners Court Clerk – Courtroom & Inquest Support

Stockport Council is inviting applications for a Casual Coroners Court Clerk based at The Coroners Court, Stockport. The role runs Monday to Friday with an hourly rate of £13.26, rising to £14.88 per hour with an enhanced holiday rate. This casual position involves clerking coroner courts and handling related administrative tasks.

Training will be provided; no prior coroner service experience is required. Applicants should be able to liaise sensitively with bereaved families and manage workloads
