Cold Store Warehouse Operative: Day/Night Shifts, Voice-Picking

Proactive Global in Bedford is seeking a Warehouse Operative (Cold Store) to accurately pick, assemble and dispatch customer orders in a multi-temperature warehouse. You’ll work the 10pm-6am, 2pm-10pm, or 6am-2pm shifts, totalling 40 hours across five days, including weekends.

Key duties include order picking with voice systems or handheld scanners, pallet and cage assembly, dispatch and loading, stock rotation, and maintaining safety and housekeeping in cold-store zones.
