Park Experience & Leisure Lead — Guest Experience & Revenue

Haven is hiring a Head of Department – Head of Park Experience & Leisure Operations to lead the guest and owner experience, activities, entertainment, and retail revenue across the park. You will manage Team Managers, drive revenue, optimise costs, and ensure safety, compliance and exceptional guest journeys.

This role reports to the General Manager and demands strategic and operational leadership within a multi-function team.
