An opportunity has arisen for an MRICS-qualified Surveyor to join a well-established multidisciplinary property consultancy in Greater Manchester.

Working as part of an experienced Estate Management team, you’ll advise a broad client base across a varied commercial property portfolio, delivering a mix of estate management, landlord & tenant and asset management instructions.

This is a client-facing role offering genuine responsibility, a varied workload and excellent long-term career prospects within a growing business.

The Role

• Managing a diverse commercial property portfolio.
• Advising clients on landlord & tenant matters including lease renewals, rent reviews, lease re-gears and dilapidations.
• Supporting acquisitions, disposals and wider asset management initiatives.
• Providing strategic estate management advice to maximise portfolio performance.
• Preparing reports and recommendations for clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You

• MRICS qualified.
• Experience within commercial estate management, general practice or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant matters.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
• Able to manage your own workload and build lasting client relationships.
