Technical Lead, Building Regulations & Compliance

Advance TRS is seeking a Technical Lead for Building Regulations in the North East with flexible / hybrid working. You will provide expert guidance on Building Regulations compliance, review technical submissions and advise on regulatory strategies across diverse projects.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction methods, materials, occupancy requirements and a proactive approach to compliance and client collaboration.
