OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for the North East region, covering Newcastle to Hull with regular travel into Scotland. You will lead a regional mobile engineering team, ensuring safe, timely maintenance delivered to contract KPIs and SLAs.
The role requires supervision of engineers, strong subcontractor management, and a solid understanding of FM contracts, health and safety, and CAFM systems. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.
