Head of Data Strategy, Governance & Insight

Social Work England in Sheffield is seeking a Head of Data Management & Insight to lead data governance, data engineering and performance reporting. You will work with senior leaders to translate regulatory needs into a data strategy and deliver self-service reporting and dashboards.

You will build a high-performing team, ensure governance, data quality and secure data platforms, and collaborate across finance, people and operational teams to drive value and informed decision-making.
