On-Site Head of SHE & ESG Leader – Food Manufacturing

Ad Warrior Ltd. seeks a Head of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) for our Thorne, Doncaster site. The role is fully on site with no remote working and offers a salary up to £70,000 per annum.

You will lead the SHE strategy, ensure compliance with UK legislation and customer requirements, and drive a proactive safety culture across farm and manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate holds NEBOSH Diploma, CMIOSH or working towards, and has senior SHE leadership experience in manufacturing.
