Senior Sports Recruitment Partner – Lead Growth & P&L

Sporting Jobs, part of Sporting Group International, is seeking a Recruitment Partner to lead day-to-day operations and P&L in the UK sports recruitment space. You will bill across sport sector clients at all levels and build a client portfolio spanning clubs, federations, and agencies.

You will lead, coach and develop a small team of 2–5 consultants, drive new business development, and maintain CRM discipline. Office-based in Birmingham with uncapped commission and strong career progression.
