A well-established food manufacturing business is recruiting a Lead Engineer for a high-volume production site in Boston, Lincolnshire. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and involves hands-on leadership to drive reliability, improvements, and engineering excellence.
You’ll lead the engineering team on shift, identify and implement solutions, and support ongoing investment projects across the factory in a fast-paced environment.
