My client, a highly respected and established independent estate agency, is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Associate Director to join their successful Exeter office.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced lister and business winner who thrives on building relationships, generating instructions and delivering exceptional customer service. Working within the premium property market, you will play a key role in growing market share, developing client relationships and supporting the wider team to achieve excellent results.

The Opportunity
This is a senior fee-earning position where you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
- Conducting market appraisals and securing new instructions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Negotiating offers and providing expert advice throughout the sales process
- Growing market share within Exeter and the surrounding areas
- Working closely with senior management to drive business performance
- Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service from instruction through to completion
About You
- Proven experience within residential estate agency at Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Manager or Associate Director level
- A strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
- A commercial mindset with a focus on growth and results
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
