Senior Estimator – Affordable Housing (Leeds)

MTR Partnership in Leeds is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our pre-construction team on a portfolio of affordable housing schemes. You will manage the estimating process from enquiry through tender submission for new build projects.

You will review drawings and specifications, prepare cost plans and tender reports, and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to deliver accurate, competitive bids.
