General Manager: Luxury Hospitality & Revenue Growth

Stangate Recruit is seeking a General Manager for a countryside leisure site. You will oversee a c50 team, own the P&L, drive occupancy and revenue, and control costs while maintaining service standards across rooms, grounds, and F&B.

Reporting to experienced operators, you will join a new venture opening multiple sites with restaurants, bars, golf, gym, and eco cabins. The role requires a hands-on leader with a commercial mindset and a track record of delivering high-end hospitality.
