Customer-Centric Service Delivery Lead (Hybrid London)

ECI is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our London team in a hybrid capacity. You will own and manage all customer-related issues, changes, incidents and escalations, driving high levels of customer satisfaction for contracted clients.

In this role, you will monitor service performance, identify opportunities for added value, and develop renewal strategies in collaboration with Sales.
