Senior HR Partner — ER Expert for Growth Teams (UK)

Montu UK is looking for an HR Partner to support managers across the Patient Experience function in a fast-growing startup in London (Kings Cross) and Winnersh (Reading) with weekly visits.

This role focuses on employee relations and performance coaching, shaping the employee experience, and building management capability. You’ll work hands-on with UK employment law and partner with the Head of People on key initiatives.
