A bit about you:
- An experienced Clients Payroll Manager, with team management experience.
- Experienced in supporting the payroll team to deliver a first class payroll service
- Bureau experienced: You thrive in the fast-paced bureau environment where variety, client service, and attention to detail are everything.
- Ability to build relationships to ensure the longterm security of the payroll bureau.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a team of Payroll professional and guiding them through their payroll career
- Driving profitability and liaising with an established and experienced sales team to generate business
- Building strong relationships with new clients from day one, becoming their trusted payroll partner.
- As Manager driving a culture of positive change and delivering a first class payroll journey
- Ensuring all run results balance perfectly with new customers’ previous payroll providers.
- Guiding clients on both service and system features, and developing key relationships
- Communicating clearly and concisely, always demonstrating excellent customer service.
